Once the content of the commission is agreed upon I will send a PayPal invoice of the commission price plus PayPal fees for that amount. If you are willing, sending payment directly to my paypal as "friends & family" is appreciated and can avoid transaction fee. You are free to pay the invoice in full or the first 50%.I will begin work on your commission after payment is received
I will send you downscaled work in progress images after each phase of completion (sketch, ink, color)
Please ask for any alterations during the sketching phase. Inking is the cut-off for conceptual changes. Minimal changes/alterations are permitted for inking or coloring.
Larger alterations can be negotiated at an additional cost depending on complexity.
I will alert you when the commissioned work is complete and remind you to pay the remaining 50% if not already paid.Terms of service1) Content Restrictions
I am open to most things, don't be afraid to ask. However it is up to my discretion what I will and will not draw.
I generally do Not draw:

*In rare circumstances. Futa on female may be ok

I may ask to alter the piece to fit my own tastes and limitations.
Content must be agreed upon by both parties before payment.2) Artist Rights
I retain all rights and copyright over the commissioned work itself for purposes of publication, modification and monetization. This includes the creation and selling of products in any form.
I retain the right to decline a commission before payment, for any reason.
I may publicly share in-progress images (if you would prefer to keep sketches private, please ask. They will be kept private until the completion of the work)
I do not do private commissions. I can delay publication for a time, however the finished work will eventually be posted publicly.3) Client Rights / Uses
Clients may request cancellation at any time before payment.
I do not issue refunds at this time.
Commissioned works are for personal use only.
Intention of commercial use of the commissioned work must be disclosed during the initial inquiry and will require separate negotiation for pricing.
clients may post the full finished commission to their personal/social media sites.
Credit may never be removed from the artist (Do Not remove my signature, Do Not claim you drew the commissioned work, always disclose if you have made any alterations to the piece).
You may not under any circumstances make an NFT from the commissioned work without my approval.
Client retains rights to any intellectual properties they have contributed to the creation of the commissioned work.
